Joe was excellent! He was able to come within 24 hours, was very knowledgeable, pointed out a few issues I wasn't aware of (including ones that were caused by the person who opened our pool), and was reasonably priced. I highly recommend him.

So, I ended up not working with Buckeye Spa to do the actual repair of my hot tub. It turns out that the cost was much more than I expected. However, Brandon was friendly, respectful, and explained the issue that needed to be fixed. I did pay for the service call, and travel time. Had I planned better, and allotted more money for the repair, I would feel comfortable having Brandon do the repair.

They did a good job as far as we can tell. There was a bit of communication error, but it's not a huge deal. We plan on having them open our pool as well.

My experience with working with the Aquamarine Team is phenomenal. The team shows up in a timely manner and always has a smile on their faces. Peter and his team hands down can tackle any job thrown at them and have set high standards for themselves and the quality of work that they perform. They are the only pool company I will call for any of my pool needs. Highly recommended.

Mr Perkins has old fashion values ,he's kind and courteous. He's always in good spirits too. I liked it when he worked with me on some changes I made. His work is neat and the quality is great you just can't beat it and I love what he did this my pool it's beautiful😀
