Introduction: Thank you for visiting my profile page! I am an online/remote health, fitness and nutrition coach. I specialize in helping busy people who want to lose weight, reduce health risks, increase energy, and feel more confident about their appearance by providing support and accountability with their eating, exercise, stress management, and mindset.
I am recognized by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) as a specialist in chronic disease prevention. My client, Eileen, and I were recently featured on a documentary that aired on PBS/KET about helping people who are at high risk for developing type 2 diabetes to reduce their risk through health coaching for a healthy lifestyle.
With me as your coach, you will lose weight, increase energy, be more active, improve health, feel better about your appearance and have more confidence in yourself.
I do health and fitness in a way that fits your lifestyle. Life can get crazy. Work, children, grandchildren, aging parents, running a household, and all the surprises life can throw at us. It never stops being complicated or busy. I show you how to make health and fitness a part of your life, no matter what else is going on.

I provide the support and accountability you need in a time-saving, affordable, and effective online format. I enjoy indulgences and treats, just like you do. You DON’T have to give up things you enjoy in order to lose weight and be healthy.
This is not a quick-fix program, a strict meal-plan, or a “Lose 10 pounds in 5 days” diet. You learn how to eat better and make healthier food choices, how to exercise in a way that meets your goals and abilities, how to improve your mindset (Yep, change starts in your mind before it can start in your body!), and I help you with strategies to practice what you learn.
I start by learning about your life, your needs and your goals. Then we’ll develop a personalized plan that will help you eat, move, and live better – in a way that fits into your everyday life.
How does it work?
We’ll do an assessment to help you get specific about your goals and the challenges that have stopped you from reaching those goals.
You will learn habits to help you overcome your challenges and I will help you put those habits into practice.
I will hold you accountable to your new habits through daily check-ins. These aren’t disruptive check-ins where you’ll have to take time out of your day to chat with me, of course, you can if you want to.
When you face obstacles, I will support you with strategies that will help you overcome those obstacles and get back on track.
You will get workouts that are customized to your goals and fitness level. If you already have your own exercise preferences, the workouts are optional.
You’ll get a private online account that is easily accessible on desktop, laptop, tablet and smartphone. The program also comes with an app for your smartphone or tablet.
You’ll learn better eating habits through lessons that you receive through your account.
We’ll be able to privately message each other through your account as well so you can ask questions, get help with challenges, and celebrate successes.
