We recently bought a house completely renovated by David Heady at X-Pert construction and have been nothing but disappointed with their work. While the materials they used were good quality (minus the used water heater they bought off ebay, the care they took to install everything showed a lack of effort that can only be described as lazy. Below is everything we have found wrong in the house in the first two weeks.
-pieces missing from the gas line in the water heater, meaning no hot water and gas leaks into the house. Also, the water heater was not installed with proper air intake.
-leak in the dishwasher drainage tubing
-washer and dryer installed improperly, was unable to open doors of machines
-gutter fell of the side of the house
-four interior doors did not shut
-nearly every kitchen cabinet did not close properly
-no support brackets installed in the master closet
-cut all cable wires running into house (cost an extra $100 to have the cable company run new lines)
Granted David offered to have himself and his friends fix the water heater, but given the quality of his work, I declined the offer.

Jason quoted me for some work to be done at my house. I scheduled a time/date for the work to be completed( a saturday). He confirmed he would be there. He did not show or call, very unprofessional, I would not conisder using him if I was you
