The photos show the carport before in gray and the brick color after.

After a walk through said there were places he missed and touch ups he needed to do, then proceeded not to fix them.
Went back on his pricing when knowing the size of property in the first place
Said he’d fix or pay for carpet damage due to paint on it, went back on his word and didn’t fix the spots he got paint on the carpet (Which was a lot) tried to go back on aspects of our contract.
Left quite a bit of paint on the toilet and told us he’d get it during walk through, but never did.
Showed up with no supplies, decided to use ours.
Left all his painting supplies and tarps at the house, for us to throw away.
Smelled like weed.
Didn’t do second coats in places it was needed like near the trims, around the vents.
Tried to charge for a second coat of paint when that was the opposite of what was in the contract.
Left house not secure, back door was open
No professionalism.
Used our bathroom, and left the seat up with pee everywhere.
If you want a good job, look somewhere else. Want to pay less but also get a cheap job, you’re looking in the right place.
I would have loved to get the same professionalism and efficiency as some of these other reviews. Win some, lose some.
