I had trouble even coordinating a time on the phone and then once a guy showed up it didnt get any better. They sent some large out of shape sloppy guy to clean my carpets. He did a horrible job not to mention that he was dripping sweat on my new wood floors going to and from the carpet. I only had two rooms of carpet!!!!! I do not recommend this service!

FAQs

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Paul Craig, owner of The Burns Clean Team went to school for three year learing the chemistry, and science behind carpet cleaing. Did you know just walking out side for 5 minuets you can collect hundreds of pollens and toxins, on your clothes, hair, shoes, even your skin. What do you think happens when you come into your home with all those toxins? Yep you guessed it, they go right into your carpet!

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

Paul Craig worked for a carpet cleaing business in Arizona, and one day they told him they couldn't afford to buy anymore chemicals, so just to use water on the clients carpets, and the clients will never know the differece. Paul quit right then and went to college for a science dregree, and opened his own business. Paul believes in the fact that clients have the right to know what we are using in their home!

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Cheaper is not always better. Usually, if your paying less, your getting less. Always ask good questions, Like what kind of products do they use? how many hours till it dry's? what kind of truck do they use? What makes them different from all the other companies out there? Find out about the company, before you invite them into you home. Ask if they have referral programs? You always want to make sure you know who your doing business with, and most of all, ask if they are insured and liscened!
