- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is flexible, as we try to cater to every customers needs. We do not use locked in rates, we price each job depending on the work that is to be done. All estimates are free, and we are more than happy to work with our clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are all about our customers, we want any input or ideas each customer has, as well being able to meet the wants and needs of every customer. We want our customers to be fully confident in us, as well as being completely comfortable that they chose Pride for their home needs. We want our new customers especially to know that we are there for them and their needs, so that they can have the home or business the way they want it...
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 15 years of experience in our field along with various other training in multiple home repair trades. We are experienced in drywall, hardwood floors, tile, General carpentry, deck building/restoration (including stripping, pressure washing, staining, and finishing). We also have experienced cleaners, residential and industrial. We also have a background in business relations along with business management and years of customer service experience. We take a lot of pride in our broad range of skills that we offer and are eager to learn many more!!
