What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is different, so we take the time to understand what you’re looking for before putting together an estimate. We’ll explain what’s included and answer any questions you have. Our typical payment schedule is 50% upfront and the remaining 50% when the work is complete.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to start with a conversation about your ideas, your budget, and what you want to get out of the project. From there, we can come by, take a look, and take any measurements needed. We’ll put together an estimate, talk through the details with you, and keep you updated once work begins. We want you to feel comfortable reaching out with questions throughout the process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a background in framing, welding, and heavy equipment, along with hands-on experience in concrete, decks, fencing, excavation, and home improvement. That experience has helped me understand the different pieces that go into a project, from preparing the site to the finished work.
