I can’t select all 5 options of how good he was. He was super on top of communication. Genuine person. Worked hard all day.
A key testament to his character I had lost a substantial amount of money lost in my couch that he found. I was working upstairs and I hear him go “ohh” and immediately asked me to come downstairs. it was peaking out barely. He didn’t touch it he left it be I would have never known if he took it. He’s a true genuine hard working person. He’s a good deal compared to all quotes I got. Support a small business this is your guy. I have recommended him to some friends and will use him again no doubt.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is typically a flat amount for whatever services are requested with half being due to start job made as a good faith deposit and other half due only upon satisfactory completion. Where B and W offers such a wide variety of cleaning, repair, and various other services it proves difficult to set an hourly rate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically a time is scheduled to meet at site of where services are needed to ensure most accurate estimate can be given.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
B and W Services employ professionals who have passed a screening and vetting process coupled with an extensive professional custodial training program giving our professionals a duel Basic and Advanced certification issued from ISSA CMI, the worldwide association of cleaning professionals. Few if any of our competitors can say the same.
