Mike is an exceptionally professional home inspector. His knowledge reaches far beyond the classroom hours required by the state... with his personal investment properties, he has repaired just about everything you can think of that might go wrong with a home.
When an issue is discovered, Mike is also great at explaining the underlying problems to his clients in a way that removes quite a bit of fear from the situation. Once they understand why the problem exists and how to effectively make repairs, clients feel much better about working with the sellers to find a fair solution.
