The company communicates well, is punctual, and does an amazing job making my house look, smell, and feel like a brand new new home. Prior to having them in my house, I thought I did a good job at cleaning but their work crew puts this idea to shame.

Krystal is the most efficient, comprehensive home care person I have ever had. AND I have been utilizing house keepers for 30 years. First she assessed, then she engaged in her tasks in an enduring way, and left nothing not completed (including under ever furniture and accent pieces). She artistically arranged many pillows on the bed, the furniture, and accent pieces. I ad admire her for her talents and skills. Krystal was superb in her ability to effectively and completely make the windows show better viewing and light. Her communication skills are impeccable. I plan for her to be with me as long as possible. I endorse her as efficiently and effective to anyone.

I needed a move out cleaning for the end of a rental term. It is a nice house and I wanted to return it to the owner in the same condition as I rented it. Kristall replied instantly to my request for a quote and was able to drop by later that day to assess the job. Kristall's crew was on time, very fast and very thorough. They even helped me locate my cat who was hiding from the stress of moving!

Just hire them. The quality of service and the end product supersedes whatever you think you should be paying. We had a deep clean. Three beds, three full baths, two living spaces, kitchen, laundry room, inside refrigerator, Inside windows, baseboards... Whaaattttt??? I wanted to pay them twice as much as they charged. So I gave them a massive tip. If you have anxiety from your messy, dirty snd unorganized surroundings, this is like a morphine drip! Legal and worth every single penny. I honestly can Rest In Peace now!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always appreciate an opportunity to meet with the client before their first cleaning. This allows time for special instructions, questions, etc. It also is a time for getting to know one another.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been cleaning for others for over a decade. I have worked for services, and I have cleaned independently. I have serviced offices, builders, and residential homes. I have been referred and requested throughout most of my career, but more importantly, I ENJOY it! Yes, I like to clean.... And when you are doing something you love, it leaves little room for error.
What types of customers have you worked with?
All kinds. That's the best part of my job! I enjoy being around, and serving such a diversity of people. In every situation, there is opportunity to learn. And everyone has something to offer. I love that I get this interaction through my job on a daily basis
