- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have listed pricing on Thumbtack, however we will work with individuals. The listed price is an estimate. We work with all budgets and are certain we can find something to accomodate everyone.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with an initial phone call to understand the customer's specific needs. We confirm appointments at least 24 hours in advance. We advise the customer of our process and ask if they have any special requests
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed, bonded, and insured and are the only cleaners in Lexington that are members of the American House Cleaners Association and certified professional house cleaners and for Covid-19 & Cleaning for Infectious Disease Prevention.
