- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
While we price by the service, we send an invoice via email on the last day of the month. This allows customers to pay with cash, check or credit card. Many of our current clients have been very pleased with the ease of payment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically a customer will reach out and we will have a conversation as to what services they are looking for. If needed, we will visit the property to get a better look. After reaching an agreement, we will send a Terms of Agreement which outlines what each party can expect when doing business. We also send our proof of insurance and a brief biography of TC Lawn Care, LLC. We love meeting with new customers and outlining their lawn care and landscaping needs!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I stay up to date on all laws as well as current trends in commercial lawn care.
