Introduction: With over two decades of experience in the fitness, personal training and coaching industry we will fit all of your needs. I first came to Justin for my bad back and after a few months was able to move pain free! His knowledge and professionalism are second to none! When i train with him i feel safe and comfortable and i am no longer intimidated at the gym!! Highly recommended!!

There aren’t enough words to describe how incredible Coach Ford is, I started my journey with him almost 4 1/2 years ago and I’m eternally grateful that I did. He not only taught me how to train to achieve the goals I had for my body, he also takes the time to show you how to train the proper technique so that you can be successful. He knows his stuff and you definitely would be pleased.

I have been working with Justin a little over a year for Olympic style weightlifting. When I started with Justin my technique was terrible and I was not able to do the lifts efficiently and safely. My strength was also lacking. Justin was able to correct my technique and when I would have a relapse to bad habits he always had plenty of patience with me and gave me drills to make corrections. I was a “major project” for him. I am now lifting a lot more weight from where I started, completed my first weightlifting meet and preparing for another in a few weeks. Justin is very professional, always available via text or at the gym when he is there for questions or pointers, flexible schedules and charges a reasonable hourly rate. He’s also good for a few good jokes and wild stories too. I highly recommend Justin for all your strength, conditioning and weightlifting needs. Don’t wait, contact him today.
