Though the cleaning was adaquate, almost $400 for 1 hour of work of 1 person seems excessive. Also, the cleaning person just showed up with no appointment.Nov 11, 2016Verified
I'm happy it looks like a new house they did a good jobMay 10, 2016Verified
This is a great company. Very easy to make an appointment. They arrived on time and got right to work. I needed the house power washed because of the green mold on the white vinyl. Did a great job. vinyl and gutters look like new.Apr 1, 2016VerifiedFirst Choice Power Washing, LLC's reply

Chad certainly does great work.
As a real estate agent I need good partners to give great service to my clients and Michael completed a large job of power washing 2 roofs, patio, driveway that improved greatly the appearance of a home we have listed and my seller client was very satisfied!Jul 8, 2015VerifiedFirst Choice Power Washing, LLC's reply
Thanks. Great customer/contractor experience.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? They request an estimate via my website's request form, we issue price, customer gives the go ahead, we schedule and do the work then email an invoice to be paid by credit card. EASY. No fuss.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We go to a number of conferences/round tables throughout the year. We attend classes put on by other industry contractors and network on online forums to learn the latest practices. We are members of both the Pressure Washing Resource Association and the United Association of Mobile Contract cleaners.
- How did you get started doing this type of work? There were NO PROFESSIONAL doing it. Lots of weekend warrior types with little store bought machines and basic detergents were all folks had to choose from. They were a revolving door of guys coming and going in the business. Not lasting long and damaging property with lack of knowledge.
