- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My services have clear, upfront pricing: Resume Review, $45; Resume Rewrite, $85; Resume + LinkedIn Refresh, $125; Interview Preparation, $50; and Career Change Package, $225. Optional services include cover letters, additional targeted resume versions, and extra interview preparation sessions. Rush service is available for an additional $40 when scheduling permits. Any additional charges are discussed and approved before work begins. Payment is due in full before work starts. Written services include up to two rounds of revisions within the original scope, requested within seven days of initial delivery.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a short intake form to learn about your background, career goals, and the support you need. I review your request, confirm the service and timeline, and send an invoice through Stripe. Once payment and all required materials are received, I begin working on your project. Standard turnaround for written materials is 3–5 business days. You’ll have an opportunity to review the initial draft and request revisions. Interview preparation clients receive a scheduled virtual session tailored to their target role and concerns.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold an undergraduate degree, an MBA with a specialization in Human Resources, and SHRM-CP certification. I also bring more than 10 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, and HR experience. My background includes reviewing resumes, screening candidates, partnering with hiring managers, managing high-volume hiring, and supporting onboarding. That experience helps me understand how candidates can communicate their qualifications clearly throughout the hiring process.
