- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was first trained by a dedicated veteran window cleaner who had been in the business for 13+ years. I was trained for traditional squeegee method, pole skills, ladder safety, and water-fed pole method to clean windows in the best way possible for each home.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After having studied business administration and accounting in college, I worked as a data analyst for a national car company and a telecommunication company for a few years. Soon, I wanted to spend more time in community volunteer work and have a part-time job instead to support myself and my wife. That's how Infinity Window Cleaning was founded. Soon, my wife joined me and we started offering other related services. When we moved to Lexington, Kentucky, we used this opportunity to rename the business Infinity Pro Clean, LLC to reflect the range of services we offer to homeowners and property managers. We believe that there's something therapeutic about cleaning and we strive to provide best customer experience every time.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Are you looking to clean just the exterior of the window and screens? Or, do you want the interior of the windows and inner tracks cleaned as well? What's the time frame?
