The technician who came to our home was friendly and knowledgeable. He was very straightforward with his assessment. He didn't try to push us into a repair. In fact, he let us know the potential cost and what we could do about the warranty it was still under. It was only $20 to come out and look at my refrigerator. I will definitely be using A Plus again and will share them with friends and family.

A & A was extremely helpful in getting my dishwasher repaired. They arrived on time, we’re friendly, and did outstanding work for a very affordable price. I would recommend them to friends in the future if they have dishwashing repair needs. The serviceman came and once he pulled the dryer out, I noticed the door was open. I shut it and the dryer worked. He didn't charge me because the elderly lady I take care of is blind and didn't notice the door open. She thought the dryer was broke. He was very professional and courteous. Would highly recommend. A+++
