- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I currently charge $180.00/ for 1 hour & $125.00/hr for 2 hours + (for all & every type of event). *Travel fee required for events outside of Kentucky. Other than potential travel fee, there are no other fees. * I round 30 minutes to an hour
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1: Discuss the job at hand and confirm interest in moving forward with securing services officially. Step 2: A legal contract is written up and emailed to the client for review and signing. Step 3: I am secured for the client's event; continued communication between client and myself occurs up until the day of event! =)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 9 years of hands on experience with performing live music, as well as working with clients.
