bid new construction by the sq ft or liner ft which ever fits best bid remodels other jobs where its questionable on how long it will take or what we will run into usually time and material

have a degree in mechanical engineering too. Ase certified mechanic And over 25 years experiance as a frame carpenter

First job i found out of high school and really liked building stuff.
