- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
"Picture this: a cozy face-to-face meeting where ideas flow like a lively conversation. The client shares their vision, and you, the maestro of construction, listen intently. Over the next two days, you weave together a symphony of details—materials, labor costs, and creative solutions—crafting a bespoke bid that resonates. Now, let’s talk payment choreography. For grand projects—the architectural concertos—you’ve got a two-act structure: The Overture: Upon agreement, a harmonious 50% deposit sets the tempo. It’s the downbeat—the promise of things to come. The Finale: As the final nail is hammered or the last line of code written, the remaining balance crescendos. Applause! The curtain falls. But wait, there’s an encore! For smaller projects—a solo performance—you skip the elaborate steps. Just a graceful bow at the end, and payment upon completion. Remember, each project dances to its own tune. Syncopate, improvise, and keep the client applauding. You’re not just building structures; you’re composing experiences.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Well, I can say that I have a full-time job at a property management company and I am a market ready guy so I’ve been updating and renovating apartment complexes for quite a while.
