I had scheduled a different pro but at the last minute he could not come. I had a time issue so I was trying to find someone for same-day work. This was to install a TV mount. The only people that responded were envoy assembly. They could come over right away which was great and they did essentially come over right away. They were extremely responsible I paid top dollar because it was last minute. I think the job lasted about 45 minutes. They were very professional and certainly punctual. However the finished product was not examined very well because it is slightly crooked, and about 6 inches too low. I take part of the responsibility for the amount being place too low because I got out of the way into another room. However not double checking their work to make sure it was level is an issue and there was no interest in helping me clean up anything that was basically thrown on the floor of the room, and it was difficult to get the box out myself to the dumpster. And there was no offer to help and made it very clear that they were finished. They packed up very quickly and we’re out the door. That’s it
