- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once our office receives a lead one of our sales representatives promptly reach out to you to ask a few questions about your project and availability for an appointment. Based on the type of project they may be able to provide a ballpark estimate over the phone, however once the walk through of your property is complete; a custom estimate will be emailed and reviewed with the customer. If an insurance claim is involved, our claim specialists will assist through every step.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our team members have been in the roofing/construction industry for years. We pride ourselves on continuing education and staying up to date with the best products and techniques available.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
The founder of Archway Roofing, Tim Skomsky, started out in the roofing industry as a laborer. After gaining years of experience in the field he ventured out on his own and created Archway Roofing. Archway Roofing has been in business for more than twenty years and through that time has completed tons of residential and commercial roofing jobs and has expanded into home renovation and construction. We are family owned and operated and our goal is to treat every customer like family.
