Very knowledgeable and quick to respond. He is the 3rd person to look at my back door and the only person who didn't recommend a new door. The problem was with an uneven floor so he removed the door, cut, and added a new sweep. After adjusting the threshold there is no air coming in. Dru also adjusted 2 storm doors and the charge was more than reasonable. Very honest and listened to my concerns. Highly recommend.

New door needs vary based on preferences, budgets, and availability. The Door Doctor Plus simplifies the process. He helped us pick a door that was in our budget of high quality and met our preferred look and feel. You do not get that type of service from the big box stores or corporate owned windows companies.
The installation was spot on - level, complete, secure. The time from initial meeting to install was quick -3 days where the install took only 1/2 of a day without inconvenience.
We discussed a finished product - final custom paint color and agreed that we (buyers) would do this separate. It’s not currently part of the Door Doctor Plus inclusive offering.
We are very happy with the final product and service. At my request and paid separately, Door Doctor Plus also finished a final trim on a separate door that looks great.
