Working with Zion Improvememt was awesome! Friendly crew, and got the job done. I love my screen room. My husband and I hang outside all day and all night with no interruptions from bugs. I totally enjoy my new space. Thank you so much. Next project coming soon!

Zion Home Improvement was an excellent choice to rebuild our deck. They not only offered the best price but Mr. Petty was cordial and professional. He listened to what we wanted and was very accommodating to our plan and ideas. We are very pleased with the quality of the work done. I have never had this happen before & I am pretty angry too! Roderick from Zion contacted me, we shared info about the project via texts, I sent pictures & was quoted a price. FOUR different times Roderick was supposed to show up and never came! His excuses were: this job I’m on now ran longer than I thought. He was supposed to meet me at my residence after his job, I waited until about 7:30 & I had to contact him to see if he was coming or not! We agreed on 4:00 the next afternoon. He didn’t show again & texted me he forgot about his wife’s surgery that day. He advised he would start the project at 9:00 a.m. Friday morning , which was two days later, but said he would have the project done by my deadline which was Monday afternoon. Friday morning arrives and I get a text from Roderick, again blowing me off, telling me had a family emergency this time. Said he would reach out afterwards and would still have the project done by early Monday as he would work Saturday. That is the last time I had any communication from Zion! If I had known how undependable, inconsiderate, and unprofessional he was, I could have hired someone else and got my project done before our guests arrive. Needless to say, I have a half remodeled main bathroom for our guests to use. I’d like to know how Zion received so many 5 star reviews!! It’s unfortunate because now I don’t trust Thumbtack so won’t be using them in the future either.

Mr. Petty did a wonderful job on my carport. It looks great! He and his wife and crew are very nice. They gave me a senior citizen discount which helped a lot. The icing on the cake was the fair price!!
