We were looking forward to working with Jay after the initial consult but once the pricing estimate came, things became unclear and Jay stopped responding. I would be cautious to use this contractor because it really felt like he was trying to rip us off.

Jay helped us with a primary bathroom and closet remodel. From the start, it was a good experience. Jay was able to get us a quote within a couple days of contacting him. He put down protective paper from the bathroom all the way to the exterior door, and made sure to put up plastic to limit the dust. The demo went quickly and Jay coordinated for a dumpster. When the framing started, Jay was fantastic about checking measurements and getting our feedback on exact placement. The communication was truly great. Not only was he careful about measurements, he was *always* very responsive to texts and phone calls. Throughout the process there were a couple items that we hadn’t foreseen and needed to be added or changed. For example, we had them frame for recessed medicine cabinets. But we didn’t realize the edge of the drywall would be exposed until after they had mudded and sanded it. As soon as we asked, Jay added corner bead and finished the edges. Jay installed a tricky set of pocket doors and did a beautiful job installing the tile on the floor and in the shower. I was worried about finding a good tile guy for this project, and I’m so glad we found Jay. I would definitely recommend working with him. He truly cares about doing a good job and we plan on having him back for another bathroom remodel in the future.

Jay is the greatest blessing to our family. whatever we need to repair in our house he always does it. He has done our Deck, our fence (which fell in a storm and came down the next day and repaired it in one day) and pressure washed our entire fence, he has repaired our drywall problems (some pipes were leaking water and had damaged our roof). Jay is amazing, if you need anything, anything, don't hesitate to call him. You won't regret it and you will probably continue to call him whenever you need something like me. Thank you Jay for coming to solve whenever we have needed you. We really appreciate your work. I leave you some photos that I found about their work.
