Listen - Listen and understand what the customer wants and needs, Solutions - Provide the customer with solutions to their request. Provide suggestions on how to obtain the best, most cost efficient solution to get the job done. Schedule - maintain contact with the customer and provide a time frame on when the job can get started and how long it will take.
