SO PLEASED with our experience with new again flooring. mike and his team worked fast and were affordable. They removed ceramic tile out of our basement and kitchen / sun room. The basement was replaced w luxury vinyl planking and the kitchen/ sunroom with ceramic wood look tile. Mike and his guys worked fast on the demo and made every effort to block off the rooms w plastic to prevent dust. Because they moved fast we were able to get both floors up and replaced in just over a week! His tile guy Bruno did phenomal work on our tile. He was meticulous. The final look is awesome! It is all uniform. Thresholds and quarter round was installed by them. And we were able to select and order our flooring ourself so that The project moved faster because we bought things that were in stock in Home Depot but Mike and his guys picked it all up for us. Absolutely worth the price for the speed and quality and communication via text and phone was great and easy. We are so glad we chose New Again flooring and plan to use them in the future to refinish the hardwood in our house.

Overall I am satisfied with the job. Most of all dealing with Mike was great. The down side was I asked that the floors have a gap at the doors so I could put in thresholds and once I looked closely at the job there is only 1 doorway of 6 that has that space. If any thing happens on one floor that requires flooring to be removed it will not be easy to do. The flooring looks amazing and was done in about 12 hrs total. The job was just over 1400 sq ft. I will call New again flooring.

my prices are set to amount of sqft I can discount them but only if sqft is more than typical the more sqft project is the lower the price I can go but please note if the floor is smaller then what is supposed to be the discount rate goes back to regular price
