My laptop was about to die, wouldn't start at times and I was afraid of loosing all information saved on it. Nicholas came to my home, picked up my computer, fixed it in one day and had it running smoothly again. He had to wipe the memory clean, and save all info onto his computer to get rid of all viruses. By doing this, many programs were lost. I called and explained I couldn't open some documents because of this and he said he would come over that day. He never called, or came over. I waited several days, tried calling many times without an answer, finally did get a hold of him and he said he'd be by within an hour and would call before hand. I waited all day, he didn't call or come over. I called him a few days later and he became very angry and yelled at me that he didn't have to reinstall any programs, that he was just being nice. My issue was that he kept standing me up. All he did was yell at me and say how he didn't have to do these extra services for me for free. I told him not to bother, and had to tell him I was hanging up to stop him from yelling at me. He did, however, fix what was wrong with my laptop. The viruses are gone. Now I just don't know how to put the things back on that had to be removed. So if you want your computer fixed fast and don't need anything else, I'm sure he'll do a fine job for you. Just don't call him back for anything.
