- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are based on time taken, item education and travel. Everything is a set price and not based on hourly pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually we ask what is their end goal if it’s not already given in the request. We lay out the process and pricing so they know prior to our arrival. We also give advice for those who need it on making better buys on products.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was hired last year as a Home Theater Tech for tv mounting and programming. On my days off I did assemblies. I started to enjoy them a bit more so I also got into general assemblies.
