Thank you for your feedback, and we’re truly sorry there was a misunderstanding regarding the appointment and cleaning scope. Our understanding was that the appointment was scheduled for a cleaning service, and upon arrival the areas to be cleaned were discussed during the walkthrough. At that time, the upstairs area was not included in the requested scope during the cleaning visit. We also tried to be flexible with pricing and adjusted the total after discussing the situation together onsite. A couple of weeks later, we reached out again to see if we could help further, but we understand you decided to continue with another company. Because this review can strongly impact a small local business, I kindly wanted to ask whether you’d consider updating or removing the review if you feel the situation may have been more of a miscommunication rather than intentionally poor service. Of course, we completely respect your decision either way, and we truly appreciate the opportunity to have helped you.
