I was very disappointed in my experience. I was sent a thorough checklist of what the cleaner would complete and was told I could add on anything additional, the only thing extra I asked for was a deeper clean of my bathroom. I felt like the cleaner that came moved incredibly slow (about four hours to clean one bedroom, one and a half bathrooms, a living room and kitchen). My house is not messy, they did not have to pick up or move a lot of things/throw away trash. I just needed things like the floors vacuumed/mopped, thorough dusting, scrub the stove, etc. Besides doing a deep clean of the bathroom, everything else was just sort of wiped down and the checklist was not met. My house is regularly cleaned every other week, and it takes one person about two hours to do a very thorough job of the same space. My regular cleaner was out for the month of June and I needed somebody to fill-in. When the company followed up afterwards and asked about my experience, I expressed these concerns, the only thing they offered was to send a different cleaner the next time I needed a service. I'm not sure what sort of screening or quality checks this company performs, but I will not risk it again and pay double what I normally pay for not nearly as good as a job. I will take my chances elsewhere.
