- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Senior citizens and military families: 10% Referrals: $15.00 off. I accept checks, most major credit cards, and cash.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start by setting up an estimate. I’ll stop by and talk to the potential client. I will find out their reasons for hiring a cleaner and what their expectations are, then together will come up with a solution for their cleaning needs. We will walk the house and fill out a check list of chores important to the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Managerial experience & chemical knowledge of cleaning products. Hands on training. We also do a check off list of tasks.
