- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Book a cleaning! 2, 4, or 8 hours. 2 Hour - General cleaning of the home with a focus on kitchen and bathrooms and floors. 4 Hour - Deeper cleaning of the kitchen and bathrooms with a general cleaning of the home. 8 Hour - A true deep cleaning for most homes. Our package model focuses on keeping cleaning affordable for clients and easy booking online or over text/call. We guarantee cleaning time rather than charging you for square-footage like our predatory competitors. Not everyone can afford to pay for square-footage that never gets touched. Cleaning should be simple. One dedicated house cleaner per household instead of a large team. This creates a more intimate experience. We encourage clients to become friends with our cleaners! You should be able to trust who is in your home. The process: Book a cleaning package through reception or online (Take the quiz!) We can walk you through which package is right for you and your budget. Day of the cleaning: Prepay or pay at end of appointment options. Your dedicated house cleaner will arrive 10 minutes early to do a walkthrough of your home and work through your priorities and a cleaning plan. Once approved, work will begin!
