- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price the job per the number of rooms. We don't believe in charging per hour because some jobs can take 2hrs and some jobs take 8hr or more. We take all the risks by charging per room. We have discounts for recurring bookings and special discounts for veterans and 1st responders, just tell us if you are a veteran or 1st responder.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer books with us will get an email or text confirmation about the cleaning and also receive a checklist of everything that will be cleaned. A day before the appointment another notification will go out to the client to remind them of the upcoming booking. When we finish cleaning customer's credit card will be charged and at that moment they have 24hrs to let us know if they are satisfied or not. If you are not satisfied we will schedule a re-clean with questions asked. We will make it right. Customer will also have a chance to download our app so they can manage their bookings on the go (eg rescheduling, adding more notes etc)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our cleaners have at least one year of professional cleaning both residential and commercial. They go through a stringent background check process and an interview process.
