Residential Maintenance Cleaning Rates:
• Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Tri-Weekly and Monthly.
• Starting at $200 for a 1bd1ba home (5 total rooms or less).
• $225 - 6-7 total rooms, $250 - 8-9 total rooms, $275 - 10-11 total rooms, $300 - 12-13 total rooms
We use flat rates for deep cleaning and move in / move out cleaning services based on the size and condition of your home. Deep cleaning base price is $500 and Move in / Move out cleaning base price is $750 - for a 1bd1ba or less.
We specialize in regularly scheduled maintenance cleaning and deep cleaning services. We offer several options for heavy duty deep cleaning such as move in / move out cleaning, hoarding clean up/compassionate cleaning services, and real estate turnover cleaning services. We offer a range of housekeeping and deep cleaning service tasks that can be added on to any service you wish, with pricing up front.

Standard Maintenance Cleaning:
• Dusting surfaces, ceiling fans, light fixtures, furniture, walls and baseboards. Sanitizing surfaces and high touch areas such as countertops, furniture, doorknobs and cabinet / drawer handles. Vacuuming carpets, rugs and floors. Mopping. Cleaning mirrors and glass surfaces. Emptying all trash cans and replacing liners. Wiping down exteriors of refrigerator, oven, dishwasher and microwave. Cleaning inside microwave. Scrubbing and sanitizing sinks, showers, baths and toilets, and dusting fixtures and cabinet fronts.
• If a client chooses to begin without an initial deep clean, we do charge an additional $100 for the first few services, the exact number of which is determined by the home’s condition at the start of services. We do this because deep cleaning is inevitable when a home starts with a new cleaning service and sometimes the time and money it takes for a full initial deep clean isn’t always in a client’s budget. Offering this option is a way to keep cleaning services accessible for everyone.
