Can I give zero stars? I flew in from CA to help my sister who is in hospital with lung cancer. This firm gave me a $200 cleaning price and I booked them. In fact, I offered a $50 bonus for them to expedite the appointment. I sent them my sister’s address TWICE today—only to be told that the person came to the house but I did not answer—and they waited for some time before driving off. Update: I sent them the address twice! And I’ve been at the house with the front screen completely open—as I started cleaning the home myself—Oh, yeah, they said their excuse after the above is that I sent the address in the “wrong” format! I said: why didn’t you say that after the FIRST time I sent it? Radio silent. I finally said, if I can drag my happy ass all the way from CA and find my sister’s apartment, then someone local should have zero problem! I got played by VM Cleaning Services…this review is so that you don’t, too.

The cleaning girl went back because it was not a place of work. I hope you understand and thank you, but there are many people who do this just out of malice.
