- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We base our pricing on a number of factors. Those include the surfaces to be painted, condition of walls, quality of paint, sheen of paint, coverage color and duration of the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We generally meet with clients in their home or via phone. In the time of COVID-19, we are accepting facetime, whats-app and other video meetings. We ask that homeowners know the length and height of walls. During these meetings we cover the level of paint you are requesting, the colors, and solidify the scope of the project. We can assist with getting samples once you agree to work with GP. We also have individuals that can assist with color selections.
