- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge by time and materials , provided I supply the materials. If the customer supplies and I charge $30 an hour for myself and $52.50 and hour for my self and my helper.and I don't take my time I work as if I was getting paid by the job. I'm a very hard-working, self driven individual .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I contact the customer immediately . I then ask them to better describe the problem / situation, After carefully listening I give the customer any and all possibility/ suggestions pertaining to the job. Then if the customer decides to go with my services I will at that time, draw up a contract for the customer and my self to enter in to.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
High school diploma ! OSHA certified , Handyman certified. Only that but I have been im this trade since I was about 15 years old and I'm 35 now years of learning in the field are better then textbooks in my eyes
