- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price my jobs to fit customers budgets. We price job accordingly and make sure not to have any hidden costs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A new customer calls and sets up an appointment for a Free Estimate and I normally come the same day and give the customer a Bid. If the customer excepts the Bid. We both agree on a day that works for both us and our Customers. Once we are complete with the job we give the Customer an Invoice and receive payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 10 Years of on the job landscaping training. 2 years of Experience owning my own business as a Landscape service.
