About
Inspire purpose. Spark connection. Move people to action.
As a keynote speaker, TEDx presenter, and educator, I combine relatable stories, audience interaction, and practical strategies to help people recognize their potential and move forward with purpose.
I have taught at the University of Michigan, Eastern Michigan University, and Washtenaw Community College, worked with ATHENA events in Michigan, and partnered with companies to inspire their teams. My TEDx talk, “Finding Your Purpose,” reflects my passion for helping people discover what matters and take meaningful action.
I tailor each presentation to your event’s goals, creating a welcoming experience that leaves audiences with fresh perspectives and practical tools.
Let’s create a keynote that brings your message to life.

I want to take a moment to recognize and thank Karen for the impact you made on our team. You didn’t just come in and present—you truly listened. You took the time to understand what our team is facing, and you made sure every concern we discussed was addressed in a meaningful way.
What stood out the most was your ability to engage the team. You created an environment where people felt comfortable, involved, and most importantly, accountable. You didn’t just talk to them—you brought something out of them. You helped them reflect on their roles and the importance of what they do every single day within our agency.
The feedback I received from my team has been nothing but positive. They felt uplifted, heard, and motivated after your session. That kind of impact is powerful.
Thank you again for pouring into our team and helping them see both their value and their responsibility as leaders. We truly appreciate you.

Karen was amazing to work with. Karen made communication before the event very easy. She arrived prepared and ready to tackle a group of Linemen. She was entertaining and encouraging. We would definitely hire her again.
