House men were just what we needed. On very short notice Evan and crew made moving my father into an assisted living apartment effortless. Communication was excellent. The job ahead of us was running long so Evan texted to let us know they would be about an hour late. I truly appreciated the heads up. Then he texted when they were en route. House men were very professional and took great care to wrap and protect furniture even though we were only moving 300 yards away. Their prices are fair as well. They have my full recommendation and we would use them again. Thanks guys!

I could not have asked for a better experience. Evan and the Housemen crew showed up on time and ready to work. They navigated my prized possessions through narrow stair cases in old Louisville without damaging anything and they worked fast. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a flat rate for the number of movers and the size of truck needed for your job. We never charge stair fees, delivery fees, fuel fees, blanket rental or tape fees. Everything is included in our flat hourly rates.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Go over details of the job, give a quote, schedule client, send contract to email for review and signature, call 24-48 hours prior to move to confirm, text gps arrival time when leaving our facility, do the job, take payment, send review request email.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
10+ Years in landscaping and lawn care industry 5 Years Commercial & Residential cleaning 8 Years moving & relocating experience
