Introduction: Hello everyone! My name is Kimberly Maxey and I am from Bakersfield, CA and moved to Louisville a little over 2 years ago. I have lived/worked all over California such as Bakersfield, Valencia, and San Diego. I have almost 10 years experience in the industry and graduated from Le Cordon Bleu in Pasadena, CA in Patisserie and Baking in 2012. My husband and I came to Louisville in February of 2017 to visit his family and we both fell in love with Louisville's thriving "food scene". The past two years I have been an Executive Pastry Chef at a downtown restaurant but love creating special occasion cakes and pastries on my off time as well. All of my cakes and pastries are 100% made from scratch. I do not believe in cutting corners or cutting quality and taste!
