I’ve been working with Silas for a few weeks now. He created a plan tailored to my capabilities and my goals. He provides links for the prescribed exercises so I can refer to them when I work out without him. He pushes you appropriately. He’s very patient and thorough and professional. He knows what he’s doing and you can tell he enjoys helping people accomplish their fitness and health goals. We’re not using expensive gear; just bands and a floor mat and a medicine ball. I’m more sore (in a good way) doing his prescribed routine than I used to be using free weights without his guidance. I plan to purchase an additional round of sessions when I use up the current set.
