Chris’s dedication and passion for fitness is huge. His knowledge of training, the body, and nutrition is top notch! He has corrected any of my bad habits that I have devolved at the gym over the past 10 years. By listening to him I achieved my best results. I know as his client he is always 1000% there for me, he goes above and beyond to help me to reach my goal. He keeps me motivated and pushes me into my extreme limits. I had a great experience with Sunny days fit. Chris is definitely a remarkable trainer. I went in for the first time and he was friendly , got a group of us set up no problem and we dove RIGHT into it! Very efficient workout and is for every fitness type. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?My pricing is derived from my 15 + of experience in the fitness industry and education from mentors like Buddy Morris, Sunny Hughes, and James Smith.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I introduce myself and get to know my customer. It is very important to establish a relationship with each other, we are on the same team and will be working together to accomplish a goal. We will only be as good as we allow each other to be. Next, we set realistic goals and begin to work towards accomplishing them in a safe and realistic time frame.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have been involved in competitive sports for 20 years. I have been mentored by strength and conditioning gurus like Buddy Morris (NFL Strength and Conditioning Coach), James Smith, Sunny Hughes (8x Mens pro physique winner), a many others. I recently completed my certificate from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, CPR certification, and 100 hours of training experience.
