- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing system is based on the cost to me (facility rental, equipment rental, equipment that the client keeps, certification fees), plus 15%.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently a graduate student in Exercise Physiology at the University of Louisville, which allows me to stay up to date with all of the latest developments, and even to contribute to some of them. Additionally, many of my certifications (AustSwim, American Red Cross) require me to complete regular knowledge updates.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
My most common type of job is learn-to-swim lessons for children and adults; closely followed by American Red Cross First Aid/CPR and Lifeguarding courses.
