- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
One on One Sessions (45 minutes) 10 Session Package: $320 ($32/session) 20 Session Package: $600 ($30/ session) 30 Session Package: $840 ($28/session) All packages can be divided up into payments. Pay as you go per Session (No package): $35 Joint Session Pricing (Great Value) (45 minutes to an hour, 2 people) 10 sessions: $420 (42/session) 20 sessions: $760 (38/ session) 30 sessions: $1020 (34/session) Again, all packages can be divided up into payments!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It's really just about getting to know them and creating an environment and training program that they are comfortable with. This is their thing. I'm just the guide.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my standard Personal Training Certification from the American Council on Exercise. I also went out and got my Weight Management Specialist Certification which was much tougher and definitely prepped me better for the real world problems of todays clients. More than anything though, this industry is about how much time you devote to studying on your own. Becoming a Personal Trainer isn’t overly difficult, achieving an expertise that sets you above the rest of the crowd is the tough part. And that can't be done with Certifications, only through experience and consistent focus can you really become something special.
