  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Private training (1-on-1): 1 hour session: $65 or $55 with purchase of 10. 1/2 hour session: $35 or $30 with purchase of 10. Semi Private (you and up to 2 other friends/family) : 1 hour session (per person): $45 or $40 with purchase of 10. 1/2 hour session (per person) : $25 or $20 with purchase of 10. Prices include nutrition and habit coaching.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    First, we'll have you sign up for a free consultation. Then, based on your current fitness level, your physical limitations and capabilities, and your short and long term fitness goals, we'll design the most effective and efficient program to help you reach these goals.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, ACSM Exercise Physiologist certification, ACE Functional Training Specialist, ACE Fitness Nutrition Specialist
