- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Greater American specializes in insurance restoration, which means we consult you through your insurance claim to get your insurance to pay for your new roof. The only out of pocket cost to you is your deductible. You may choose to also purchase upgrades.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will schedule a free inspection, where one of our skilled technicians will take photos of your roof. Then, if determined to be enough damage, we will contact your insurance company together to have them send out an adjuster.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our employees go through a strict training course that foremost entails safety, and roofing systems. Our team is comprised of ex-adjusters and insurance claims specialists.
