Frank was very thorough and gave me a detailed estimate for a full bathroom renovation. Answered all my questions & addressed my concerns in a manner that I felt I could trust him to get the job done. I was unable to complete the renovation at this time but loved that I could use that exact estimate for a full year.

Frank Pineda came around for the initial inspection of required work. While we were discussing what needed to be done, the team lead going to be doing the work was taking measurements and notes. By the time we finished, Frank had an estimate all ready for my consideration. After a couple of days talkiny it over with my wife, I called Frank to let him know we would accept his bid which we thought reasonable. He came over a couple of days later to once again go over the contract and a date was agreed upon for the work to start. The outside walls of the room are to be replaced with walls that contain a moisture barrier, R15 insulation and green board for the walls. The floor is to be leveled, a moisture barrier installed and a vinyl floor installed. We are very happy with our experience to date Frank was very genial and professional.

We are very happy with our new basement bathroom. The quality of work is very good. The workmen from Pro Builders were professional, respectful, and very friendly. We have already recommended them to friends. My only complaint was on communication as to when they would show up to do the work.
