- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices do vary project to project. We offer the absolute best brands for the materials that we use.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We reach out to customers in areas that have strong storms, to give a free inspection for storm damage. We will contact your insurance provider for you, which may claim most, if not all of the cost of repair. Then, we will meet with your insurance provider to help file the claim. The customer approves of the materials for the build,(i.e. color of shingles), and then we schedule the build.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our contractors are qualified in multiple fields of expertise, with many years of experience.
